The Palma Resort is owned by the danish egyptian company for touristic developments and offers a generous terrain with a exclusive residential neighbourhood of seven villas, two delicate apartment buildings with heated swimming pools, a beach cafeteria and private beach. This is phase I and will finished complete in december 2007. Please have a look at the photos right on the next page what we have done.

We start now with phase II of our project and we develop a 200 unit mainbuilding with studio and apartment flats between 45 and 290 sqm.
